By hanging our spacers made of 4mm thick galvanized wire between the side grids, the load of the stones is evenly distributed across the grid. This prevents the gabion from bulging. The spacers are chosen in the length of the depth and are included with the gabion as standard. We calculate around 16 pieces per square meter of viewing area. If you need more, you can easily order them here.
When choosing the length, please note that the spacers fit our baskets. For example, the spacer with an inner length of 31 cm is suitable for our gabions with a depth of 30 cm.
